How to Contribute?

We've made the contribution process simple, secure, and purposeful. Here's what to expect:

Enter your SGI-UK membership number to confirm you're part of our community.

Contribute Securely

Choose your contribution amount and payment method.

Gift Aid Confirmation

If you're a UK taxpayer, tick Gift Aid to boost your donation by 25%—free of charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

1.Can I contribute without being an SGI member?

No. Financial contributions are only accepted from members of SGI-UK and SGI.

2.Is my contribution secure?

Your contribution is safe. We never store your financial details on our site; all payments are processed through a secure and trusted payment gateway.

3.Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email with your contribution receipt attached.

4.Can I set up a monthly contribution online?

Yes. On the page for contribution after your details are confirmed as a member of SGI-UK, you will be presented with two options: one of them is "Repeat Payment" where you can set up to contribute regularly.

5.What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid is a UK government scheme that allows charities to claim an extra 25p from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) for every £1 you donate. It does not cost you anything extra. You need to be a regular UK taxpayer to be eligible.

 

Please notify the SGI-UK Accounts Department on kosenrufufund@sgi-uk.org if you wish to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address, or if you no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains. 6.Can I contribute by making a Bank Transfer?

Yes. Please email SGI-UK's Accounts Department at kosenrufufund@sgi-uk.org for further instructions.

7.I have an existing standing order to the Kosen Rufu Fund bank account.

  • Can I make a one-off online card payment here?

    Yes. You can make an additional one-off contribution using your card here. On the page for contribution after your details are confirmed as a member of SGI-UK, you will be presented with two options: one of them is "One-off Payment" where you can contribute.

     

  • Can I set up a recurring payment online instead of my standing order contribution?

    Yes. You will need to cancel your standing order with your bank if you wish to replace it with a recurring contribution online, otherwise you will be charged twice.

     

    On the page for contribution after your details are confirmed as member of SGI-UK, you will be presented with two options: One of them is “Repeat contribution”, where you can setup to contribute regularly.

     

  • Can I continue to make a contribution via standing order?
    Yes. You can continue to make contributions in this way.
